Victor is a Senior Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and a member of the Bucharest Bar as of 2018.
Victor holds an LL.B in law from the University of Bucharest (2016) and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Private Law at the University of Bucharest.
Victor’s main practice area is dispute resolution, with a particular focus on tax controversy and administrative litigation. His previous experience includes consultancy activities, as well as legal assistance and representation regarding employment and commercial lawsuits.
Victor is proficient in English and Romanian.
