Viorel is an Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații and a member of Bucharest Bar since 2019.
Viorel graduated the Faculty of Law, „Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, and holds an LL.M in Private Law from the same University.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, he worked with a reputed local law firm.
Viorel is mainly involved in legal consultancy projects concerning public procurement, structuring and implementation of EU-funded projects, corporate and commercial law.
He speaks English, Russian and Romanian.
