Voica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest-Faculty of Law and from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, through the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies. She also earned a Master 1 degree in European Law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, within the same program.
Before joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, she worked at a well-established local law firm, where she provided legal consultancy services on public procurement matters to clients across a wide range of industries, including railway, road transport, IT, and defense.
Voica is mainly involved in legal consultancy projects regarding public procurement, structuring and implementation of EU-funded projects, state aid, as well as commercial and corporate law.
Voica speaks English, French, Italian, and Romanian.
